A safe, effective, drug free treatment for pain relief, and to enhance recovery or injury repair and energy, using an APS Therapy machine.
APS stands for Action Potential Simulation. Action potentials are the tiny bursts of electricity that transmit information in the body, otherwise known as ‘nerve signals’.
The APS Therapy machine sends a copy, or ‘simulation’, of action potentials, through the cells, using electrodes attached to the skin. it is applied in the same way that a TENS machine is applied, but works in a very different way.
Treatment involves sitting comfortably for around 30 minutes, and is absolutely safe and pain free.
APS Therapy assists in pain relief, injury repair, and energy in 4 key ways:
1) Stimulates the body’s own healing mechanisms, by increasing the the production of ATP, the molecule that creates and transports energy in the body.
2) Reduces inflammation and assists removal of waste products by boosting the electrical communication between cells
3) Reduces pain by increasing the release of neuro-transmitters involved in pain reduction
4)Enhances sleep by increasing production of melatonin, which aids restful sleep and wellbeing.

‘I find it incredible, and it’s so good that it’s completely drug free! It took me about 1 week to go from pain that I couldn’t ignore ( about 7/10) to much better (2-3/10), and then since week 6 I am going 5 days a week pain-free. Also, I have much more energy!” – Jenifer Anderson, 33, Bedford.
I had met people with near-miraculous results for rheumatoid arthritis, MS pain, tennis elbow and more, so I thought there must be something in it. Finally, I see why. – Helen Croxon, Northants

Does APS Therapy work for everyone?
APS Therapy doesn’t work for every pain or everybody, and there are a few conditions where it is not safe to use APS. This is why we carry out a screening and assessment; it’s not safe to use an APS machine if:
- In the past 3 months, you have had a heart attack, pulmonary embolus, stroke or DVT
- You have a heart pacemaker
- You are pregnant
- You have epilepsy
- You have active cancer (complete remission is fine)
- or small children who are too young to say what they feel
